Thank you for your purchase from Gahalu. While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, in the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

Eligibility for Returns

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.

Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all accompanying tags and labels attached.

Exclusions

Items purchased at a discount of fifty percent (50%) or greater are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or damaged products may be eligible for a refund or exchange, subject to inspection and approval by Gahalu.
RETURN PROCEDURE

Initiating a Return

Customers must contact Gahalu Customer Service via email at info@gahalu.id or Whatsapp chat to +6287773241102 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

The RMA number must be obtained prior to returning the item.

Approval and Shipping Instructions

If your return request is approved, Gahalu will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. Please note that all related costs, including return shipping fees, taxes, packaging, and any additional charges will also be the responsibility of the customer.

Items sent back to Gahalu without prior approval or a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

Packaging Requirements

Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging, along with the completed return form. Follow the instructions provided to avoid damage during transit.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Upon receipt of the returned item, Gahalu will conduct a thorough inspection to determine its condition.

If the returned item meets the eligibility criteria, Gahalu will proceed with either:

Issuing store credit for future purchases; or

Processing an exchange for another item of equal value.

The processing period for returns and exchanges may take up to fourteen (14) days from the date the returned item is received.

Customers will be notified via email upon completion of the return or exchange process.
